Overview
The MatTek glass bottom multi-well culture plates have up to 96 cultures per plate in addition to having the same glass bottoms and optical characteristics as the glass bottom dishes.

Microwell diameter

The majority of applications only require a 14 mm glass microwell. To increase the viewing area, choose a microwell with a 20 mm diameter. If the application requires only a certain number of cells, choose a microwell with a 5 mm, 6 mm, or 10 mm diameter.
Glass thickness

The most common coverslip thickness is No. 1.5, especially when using high numerical aperture objectives to optimize image quality. The most working space is provided by the No. 0 coverslip, which can also be helpful for thicker specimens.
Coatings and special orders
Collagen- and Poly-d-lysine-coated 96-well plates are available as special order products from MatTek. Besides that, the following coatings from Advanced BioMatrix listed below are recommended:
