The DeNovix dsDNA Fluorescence Quantification Assays offer the highest sensitivity and broadest dynamic range available currently. DeNovix provides three highly specific assay kits for an extensive range of sample concentrations.
DeNovix kits precisely and selectively quantify dsDNA even when common contaminants such as protein, ssDNA, or RNA are present. The specificity of fluorescence can be combined with the purity measurements of absorbance on DeNovix’s DS-11 FX range to achieve optimum QC procedure of samples.

Assay Choices for Users’ Application
Three overlapping ranges of sensitivity are covered by DeNovix dsDNA assays. Each kit contains standards for a simple set up of a two-point standard curve. DeNovix assays are more affordable and have a wider dynamic range compared to the Qubit® dsDNA assays.
DeNovix’s breakthrough dsDNA Ultra High Sensitivity assay enables measurement of samples as low as 0.5 pg/µL (concentration of original sample), which is 20X lower than the core range of the Qubit® dsDNA HS assay.
Apart from the DeNovix DS-11 FX and QFX series of fluorometers, DeNovix dsDNA assays can be used on other instruments.
