Overview

SCIENION’s sciFLEXARRAYER S100 is the ultimate high-throughput production equipment that seems to be consistent with numerous dispensing technologies.

Features

Customizable to meet users’ needs

The targets have been placed on tailored carriers that tend to shift towards the dispense head fixed on every S100 portal and carriers are transferred in between the S100 portals with the help of a conveyor belt.

For customer-specific applications, the system could be altered to fulfill any request for a range of carrier formats. Every portal could be fitted with up to 12 liquid channels.

This modularity enables accurate configuration of the system to the needed production volumes. It fulfills the high throughput production requirements of the majority of the bioarray formats like microplates, wafers, slides, and a range of biosensors.
