Overview

CellenONE® is an open platform for isolating single cells and dispensing nanoliters.

cellenONE® X1

Cell morphology and/or multichannel fluorescence can be used to sort and dispense single cells using the standalone cellenONE instrument

cellenONE® X1 BSC

For applications requiring complete sample, operator, and environmental protection, the cellenONE instrument is integrated under a class II biosafety cabinet

Features

High accuracy single cell isolation and dispensing

  • CellenONE® is a ground-breaking platform that offers high-precision single cell isolation and dispensing in real time
  • It is based on sciDROP PICO precision dispensing technology and combined with advanced image processing
  • CellenONE® generates droplets using gentle acoustic waves, preserving exceptional cell viability for all cloning applications and maintaining protein expression for sequencing applications

Versatile technology for a variety of samples

  • High-resolution optics make it possible to isolate any type of cell from any sample size, including mammalian cells, bacteria, fungi, archaea, and plants
  • Aspirate/dispense mode operation enables high recovery of a variety of samples, ranging in size from tiny cell suspensions with just a few microliters and a few dozen cells to much larger samples with thousands of cells

Benefits

  • High accuracy single cell isolation and dispensing
  • Gentle on cells, ensuring outstanding cell viability
  • Compatible with a wide range of particle sizes (0.5 µm–80 µm)
  • Ideal for rare cell samples (zero dead volume and high recovery)
  • High-throughput isolation of hundreds of cells in only a few minutes
  • Selection of the cells of interest with user-defined sorting parameters (morphology and/or fluorescence markers)
