The ERWEKA dissolution online systems provide an ideal semi-automatic solution for dissolution testing with integrated UV/VIS online analysis.

The newly sampled medium is transported straight to the UV/VIS analyzer (there are multiple brands available) by the DT 950 with the integrated, automatic ASS-9 sampling station. The samples can be measured there, and ERWEKA's advanced Disso.NET dissolution software stores the data.

ERWEKA provides a variety of UV/VIS analyzers, including the Agilent Cary 8454, the Analytic Jena Specord 210/8, and the Shimadzu 1900i, all of which are paired with a dissolution tester DT 950 and either a PVP piston pump or an IPC 8 peristaltic pump. The Disso.NET PC software controls every component.

Disso.NET

The ERWEKA Disso.NET software is the ideal 21 CFR Part 11 compliant partner for the dissolution systems. The software supports all test methods compatible with the ERWEKA DT dissolution testers, as well as the automated RoboDis II+.

Disso.NET manages qualification jobs, assists with standard dissolution operations, and gives users control over all linked device functions (e.g., dissolution tester, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, or HPLC analysis instrument). Additionally, the Audit Trail generates thorough logs of all events and time periods.

The software comes with an intuitive editor that makes it easy to configure the dissolution processes (for maximum reproducibility). Following the dissolution test, Disso.NET exports the results (for example, in XML format) and/or creates thorough reports (as PDF files) featuring the company logo.

The Active Directory connection of Disso.NET 4 enables cross-system login data and user passwords. This prevents the need for countless passwords and guarantees simple management.
