Digital Dissolution Testing with the DT 950

The ERWEKA DT 950 Series is the first digital dissolution tester of its kind, designed with cutting-edge technology to meet today's requirements and adapt to future challenges.

The DT 950 utilizes a 7-inch touchscreen and a contemporary user interface, both of which are designed to keep the user focused and without errors on the critical task of performing 100% USP, EP, and JP compliant dissolution testing.

To facilitate this, the ERWEKA TestAssist serves as an intelligent aid, assisting the user in configuring the dissolution test through a step-by-step process, offering comprehensive support, and rigorously ensuring that all entered parameters adhere to the necessary compliance standards.

The DT 950 has a cutting-edge user interface and is completely future-proof. If the instrument is to be updated to a dissolution system later, the "Upgrade Your DT" program allows the system to be upgraded from 6 to 8 test stations, for example, with an automatic tablet drop or an automatic sampling station. Switching between low-head and high-head mode is simple. The sophisticated embedded technology allows for the further addition of software features for the touch screen.

The DT 950 series is 100% USP / EP compliant, the most crucial aspect that ERWEKA has not overlooked despite all these advancements.

The DT 950/DT 9510's technology base makes employing network printers from a wide range of vendors easy. The LAN-connected DT 950/9510 locates every printer on the network due to useful printer configuration. The DT 950 and DT 9510 can safely create printouts using the chosen printer by simply choosing the appropriate driver from a list.

The DT 950 and DT 9510 may print from Hewlett-Packard, Kyocera, and OKI network and USB printers. Both systems also support Brother USB printers and more printers will be added soon.

The DT 950's touch interface focuses the user's attention on dissolution testing, which is the most crucial duty to complete with the device. The main component is TestAssist, an intelligent assistant with real-time feasibility checks. It offers assistance and guarantees that the parameters entered comply with USP, EP, and JP, facilitating and securing dissolution testing.

Every element, including the control panel, qualification menu, and service menu, in addition to TestAssist, is made to facilitate the fastest possible connection between users and hardware.
