OGT Expands Sureseq™ Universal NGS Unique Dual Index (UDI) Capabilities to Support Upto 384 Samples Per Sequencing Run

OGT, a leading global provider of genomic research and diagnostic solutions, today announced the expansion of its SureSeq^™ Universal NGS Unique Dual Index (UDI) range, enabling laboratories to multiplex up to 384 uniquely indexed samples in a single sequencing run. Compatible with existing SureSeq^™ workflows and software, expanded UDI capabilities provide a straightforward path for laboratories looking to scale throughput while maintaining established processes and data quality.

As sample volumes continue to increase, many high-throughput laboratories are looking for ways to maximize their NGS capacity without needing to modify existing workflows. The expanded SureSeq Universal NGS UDI offering addresses this challenge by increasing indexing capacity from 96 to 384 unique dual indexes. With this expansion, laboratories can process more samples and better utilize high-capacity Illumina sequencing systems, increasing operational efficiency and reducing per-sample run costs.
