Overview

Titer assays are used to determine the concentration of specific antibodies in samples (e.g., serum, plasma, and the culture supernatant). Fast and repeatable titer measurement is critical for identifying high producer cell lines for biotherapeutic production and facilitating high-throughput antibody development procedures.

The F.QUANT Titer assay kits, Powered by PAIA, are based on PAIA technology and are designed for fast measurement of antibody content in culture supernatant. The F.QUANT Fc Titer measures the concentration of Fc in IgG and other proteins that contain the Fc portion of IgG, like Fc fusion proteins and bispecifics. Human Fab fragments are recognized using the F.QUANT Fab Titer assay.

The F.QUANT Fc Titer test is used to evaluate increasing doses of Trastuzumab (0–2000 µg/ml). The fluorescence microplate reader was used to measure signal intensities.

Mix, shake, and read protocol for titer quantification assays

Follow these easy steps to conduct the titer quantification assays:

Shake the F.QUANT Titer Plate after adding the F.QUANT Titer Mix and supernatant, then read the plate using a fluorescence microplate reader.
